Main dishes include: Filet Mignon in Gorgonzola Crust with Sautéed Garlic Spinach, Grilled Polenta and Brunello Red Wine Sauce; and a Roasted Pancetta-Wrapped Colorado Lamb Rack served over Traditional Roasted Potatoes perfumed with Garlic and Rosemary. To end your delicious dinner order any of the incredible desserts, highlights of which include: Lasagne al Cioccolato- a Rich Chocolate Ganache Layered with Cocoa Dough and Served with a Roasted Pistachio Sauce; or a Vanilla Panna Cotta with Red Berry Compote.


There is also a full olive oil menu as well, featuring a variety of olive oils from different regions of Italy, all with their own subtle notes and flavors.
