Chill Island Venues
Chill island spans 3 separate decks, with an asymmetrical design, allowing for the maximum amount of sunshine, and keeping some spaces more separated and peaceful. Here are all venues you will find on Chill Island:
Deck Fifteen
POOLS & HOT TUBS | The main pools are found on Deck 15. The Royal Bay Pool is the largest pool at sea, and offers plenty of room to spread out, loungers throughout the space, and two hot tubs on either side. Just across the way is the Cove Pool, against the side of the ship overlooking the incredible ocean views; and forward and aft are hot tubs in the midst of the sundeck spaces.
LIME & COCONUT BAR | There are 2 Lime & Coconut Bars on each side of Deck 15, a great place to stop and grab a refreshing drink with friends.
EL LOCO FRESH & CANTINA FRESCA | A Royal Caribbean favorite- El Loco Fresh offers complimentary Mexican food. You can enjoy burritos, tacos, and quesadillas, as well as a salsa bar for added flavor. Pair your tacos with a Mexican themed cocktail from Cantina Fresca just next door for the perfect lunch.
SPRINKLES SOFT SERVE | Everyone's favorite spot on the ship, Sprinkles is perfectly placed in the middle of the pool deck for easy access to a delicious soft serve snack at any point throughout the day.
TABLE TENNIS | For a relaxing activity, there are several table tennis tables set up near the forward of Chill Island. Grab a friend and a paddle and get a bit competitive with a good game.
Deck Sixteen
SWIM & TONIC | This is Royal Caribbean's first swim-up bar at sea! Relax in the sun, enjoy and in-pool lounger, or swim over to the bar and grab a delicious cocktail. You can easily spend hours in this space, relaxing, soaking in the sun, and hanging out with friends.
LIME & COCONUT BAR | A 3rd Lime & Coconut Bar is on Deck 16, offering refreshing cocktails and mocktails.
Deck Seventeen
CLOUD 17 | This is one of the adults-only spaces on the ship. A large sundeck spans the starboard midship, with the star of the show being the beautiful Cloud 17 pool. This infinity-style pool is placed right at the edge of the ship, making it hard to tell where the pool ends and the ocean begins!
LIME & COCONUT BAR | Just next to the Cloud 17 pool is the 4th and final Lime & Coconut Bar. Grab a seat, order a cocktail, and chat up the entertaining and talented bartenders serving your drinks.
Upgrading Your Chills
There are several casitas located on the pool deck that are available to rent for the day onboard Icon. These are a private retreat that you and your group (6-8 guests) can enjoy while relaxing on Chill Island. It's a great way to upgrade your sea day, and get the most out of your cruise experience. The Hideaway
While technically a separate neighborhood, the Hideaway is the perfect place to experience more chills for those 18 plus. This adults-only paradise is located on the aft of the ship, and features 2 large hot tubs, a bar, tiered sundeck space, and the first ever suspended infinity pool at sea! It's the perfect place for adults to get away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the ship, and enjoy the dj, delicious drinks, and relaxing lounge spaces overlooking the ship's wake.
