This sit-down restaurant is simple, yet elegant; providing a tasty menu created by the skilled Hurtigruten chefs, using the best ingredients the coast of Norway has to offer. The entire menu is based on seaweed and kelp, an important aspect of the marine life along Norway's coastline. In addition, you will find incredible offerings from the land including tender reindeer meat, local butter, wild herbs, and local cheeses.
