"S.A.L.T." stands for "Sea And Land Taste". This program offers several styles of experiences from onboard dining, to shore excursions, to classes, tastings, and more.
The S.A.L.T. Experiences are the ultimate collection of shore excursions that bring guests closer to the local food cultures, and connect to different regions of the world through flavor and learning. Select shore excursions on all cruises on Silver Dawn, Silver Moon, and Silver Nova will have a culinary focus. In Norway you may find yourself learning skills from the country's most famous chefs. While in Wales, you can explore and tour the vineyards and learn about the local wines.
