"S.A.L.T." stands for "Sea And Land Taste". This program offers several styles of experiences from onboard dining, to shore excursions, to classes, tastings, and more. The program was created by Adam Sachs, the former editor-in-chief of Saveur Magazine. Food is at the heart of every culture across the globe, and S.A.L.T. gives guests the opportunity to engage in local food culture, and connect to different regions of the world through flavor and cuisine.
S.A.L.T. LAB - This interactive onboard lab allows you can touch, smell, and try local ingredients and flavors wrapped up into incredible dishes made by you and the talented onboard chefs.
