The beautiful Sun Princess, set to make her debut in early 2024, is already making waves with the announcement of all the elevated and expanded dining options onboard! With an astonishing 29 dining and lounge options, there is something to suit every taste and palette; a little bit of everything, for everyone. There are new concepts dreamed up by world-renowned chef Rudi Sodamin, as well as offerings designed by a celebrity chef, whose name is yet to be announced.
What's New?
The new dining experience onboard Sun Princess include a theater of Japanese Teppanyaki at Umai Teppanyaki, innovative pub dishes at O'Malley's Irish Pub, as well as delicious seafood at The Catch by Rudi. The Promenade will bring delight with a fresh concept for pizza slices, gourmet burgers, hot dogs, fresh baked bagels, and an incredible ice cream selection.
The Princess Classics
While the new dining venues are sure to tempt Sun Princess guests, the tried-and-true favorites that Princess fans have come to know and love will be onboard as well. The Crown Grill is back, serving up refined elegance and delicious grilled options, Alfredo's Pizzeria is the spot for a delicious slice, and Kai Sushi is sure to satisfy all onboard sushi lovers with delicious Japanese rolls. Fan favorites that are back on Sun Princess also include Sabatini's, Crooners, and the Wheelhouse Bar.
The Main Dining Room
The Horizon Dining Room is the main dining room onboard, and has been elevated on Sun Princess. This magnificent 3 story venue overlooks the wake with huge windows letting in the beautiful natural light as guests enjoy delicious cuisine served by a friendly wait staff. Dishes ranging from Swedish pancakes to a smoked salmon omelettes are served up for breakfast. The lunch menu offers a range from the signature burger to the quinoa salmon poke bowl. For dinner dishes such as Leg of Lamb, Sauteed Redfish Caponata, and Cauliflower Steak are sure to satisfy guest's cravings.
Suite-Only Dining Options
Also new to Sun Princess is a brand new level of suite accommodations - The Signature Collection. Guests booked in a Signature Collection Suite will have access to the Signature Restaurant, and the Signature Lounge, while guests booked in a Reserve Mini Suite or Cabana Cabins will enjoy access to the Reserve Collection Restaurant. These dining options are private for guests booked in those suites, and offer a Prime Rib Carving Trolley as well as an expanded list of chefs’ culinary creations.
