The seconds of the Nova Class ship's has now been delivered to Silversea. The cutting-edge Nova Class began with the beautiful Silver Nova, and continues on with the brand new Silver Ray. The official handover took place on May 14th, and Silver Ray will be setting sail on her inaugural Voyage from Lisbon on June 15th, spending the summer season in the Mediterranean. Afterwhich she will be crossing the Atlantic to the Americas in December.
Silver Ray will be the sister ship to Silver Nova (read all about Silver Nova in Alaska HERE), and will continue the legacy of ultra-luxury, refined elegance, and sustainability that Nova began.

As far as firsts go, I feel honored that my first delivery as president of Silversea is to welcome Silver Ray to our fleet alongside Jason, my Royal Caribbean Group colleagues, and the wonderful Meyer Werft team. I can’t wait for our guests to experience everything this remarkable ship has to offer.”
The Meyer Werft Shipyard made delivery two days ahead of schedule, delivering yet another beautiful ship to the Silversea fleet.
