Chops Grill is a classic steakhouse, and Royal Caribbean fan favorite. This venue is found on all Royal Caribbean ships, offering strip steak, ribeye, filets, and rack of lamb. There are an array of different shareable sides to choose from including mac and cheese, gruyere tater tots, and a variated of roasted vegetables. This is a fan favorite for good reason, with an expansive prix-fixe menu that will delight everyone at the table.
Chef's Table

For an exclusive and elevated dining experience, Chef's Table fits the bill. It is an intimate dinner with a small group of passengers that share one common interest - gourmet food. Led by the head chef onboard, you will be taken on an epicurean journey of flavor. Menu highlight include scallop carpaccio with a yuzu vinaigrette, roasted branzino with grilled vegetables and lemon confit, and a signature dessert called "The World"- a blend of peanut butter, chocolate, and salted caramel flavors. This is the most exclusive dining experience onboard, and will need to be booked well in advance in order to secure a spot at the table. Chef's Table is held in different locations depending on the ship.
Coastal Kitchen

This is the suite-guest exclusive restaurant onboard. Menu highlights include tender herb crusted chicken breast with roasted squash, veal tenderloin with caramelized onions and a pea puree, and escargots a la bourguignonne simmering in butter, garlic, and parsley.

The lemon cheesecake or gelato will end your meal on the perfect sweet note.

A cruise ship classic, the main dining room is the largest sit-down restaurant venue onboard, and offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests will be assigned a specific table and dining time in the evenings, and when you arrive you will be able to choose a starter, main, and dessert. The menu rotates each night, and highlights include: New York strip steak, grilled chicken, and filleted fish. The key lime pie and the Royal cheesecake are just a few fan favorites on the dessert menu that will perfectly finish off your meal.
Note: On Quantum, Anthem, and Ovation, the main dining room is split up into 4 separate dining rooms, each with its own theme. There are 2 traditional dining rooms that have set times for sittings, and the other 2 are "my time".
