This is the restaurant reserved solely for AquaClass guests. Those staying in an AquaClass stateroom will have access to Blu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Blu focuses on clean and fresh cuisine, with a wellness approach to ingredients. Menu highlights include the Angus Beef Carpaccio with black truffle aioli, the Blue Cheese Soufflé, the Pan Seared Filet Mignon, and the New York Strip Steak.

Inspired by the cafes and coffee shops throughout Europe, Cafe al Bacio serves up delicious specialty coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, and premium teas that can be enjoyed all day long. In addition to their drink selection, guests can also enjoy gelato at the gelateria as late as 11pm. While the gelato and drinks are an additional charge, the delicious French pastries that rotate daily are included.

This is an interactive and inventive dining experience that you will find inside Le Grand Bistro. With this experience, tiny chefs will create masterpieces on your plate, right in front of your eyes, through a series of projectors pointing down at the table. On the Edge Series ships, the main dining room has been divided into 4 separate dining venues: Tuscan, Cyprus, Normandie, Cosmopolitan. While the central menu is the same in all four restaurants, there are specials exclusive to each space. Guests also get the opportunity to select whether they wish to dine early or late, which will allow you to dine when it is the most convenient for you and your party.
Tuscan offers Italian cuisine, inspired by the always popular Celebrity Restaurant- Tuscan Grille. Exclusive menu items include: Creamy Tuscan Shrimp Soup, Slow Roasted Herb Tuscan Pork Chop, and Strozzapreti Carbonara.
Cyprus represents the company's Greek heritage, celebrating delicious Mediteranean dishes. Exclusive menu items include: Moroccan Lentil Soup, Lamb Kabobs, and Homemade Kordelia Pasta.

Nestled in a corner of the beautiful Rooftop Garden, the Rooftop Garden Grill offers a peaceful dining experience at the top of the ship, in the fresh air. Land options include Grilled Filet Mignon, the Rooftop Beef Burger, as well as smoked offerings of Mesquite Baby Back Ribs, Hickory Smoked Brisket, and Half a Chicken.
